Privacy policy

Data protection on our website is taken very seriously. Personal data is treated confidentially and in accordance with legal regulations. Technical and organizational measures ensure maximum privacy for all visitors.

This privacy policy provides information about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator. The information provides an overview of what happens to personal data when you visit the website.

Responsible

The data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. Contact details can be found in the legal notice.

External Webhosting

The website is hosted on the servers of an external web host. The latter only processes personal data to fulfill its obligations and in accordance with the operator’s instructions. A contract for order processing ensures data protection-compliant processing.

Collection and processing of personal data

Personal data is information that can identify a user, e.g. name, address, e‑mail, IP address or usage data. Non-personal data is not included.

The website can generally be used without providing personal data. The operator only collects and processes such data if required by law or with express consent.

a) Which data is collected

Data is collected in order to provide the website without errors or through user input (e.g. in the contact form). For security reasons, anonymized data such as IP address, date, time, browser, operating system, website visited, data volume and access duration are automatically recorded. This data is stored for 10 days and then deleted, unless it is used to clarify legal violations. Security tools store IP addresses anonymously and delete them after 10 days.

b) Personal data

In the case of consent (e.g. e‑mail in the contact form), data is stored until revoked. They are deleted when they are no longer required for the purpose for which they were collected.

c) Disclosure of data to third parties

Personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless there is a legitimate interest (e.g. criminal prosecution).

Security through SSL encryption

The website uses SSL encryption to secure data transmissions between the server and visitors. This protects data from third parties. An encrypted connection shows a lock symbol and “https:” in the address bar.

Locally installed fonts

The website only uses locally installed fonts, without connections to third-party servers.

Use of cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored in the browser when a website is visited in order to recognize it on subsequent visits. The user decides via the browser settings whether cookies may be set or not.

a) General information

Cookies store language settings, form data or shopping cart content in order to increase user-friendliness and security. They do not contain any executable code, but can record user behavior (tracking cookies). Session cookies are deleted at the end of the session and are often essential. Persistent cookies remain until they are deleted or expire.

b) Cookies of the website operator

No cookies are used to collect personal data or analyze behavior. Session cookies (first-party) enable the website to function and be displayed.

In order to display content from external providers (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo, Bitchute, Amazon), a consent cookie (90-day lifespan) is used to store the user’s consent. This content is not available without consent. Consent can be revoked using the button below.

c) Cookies from external providers

Content from external providers requires your consent. Without this, no connection will be established. External providers set cookies for recognition, depending on the browser settings.

d) Login to user accounts

External providers use data to improve the service and for personalized advertising. When logging into user accounts, activities such as search queries or viewed content are saved. You can prevent this by logging out of your account. Details can be found in the privacy policies of the providers.

Contact us

Inquiries via contact form or e‑mail will be stored and processed with your personal data for processing, based on your consent. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent. It will remain stored until you request deletion, revoke your consent or the purpose (e.g. processing) no longer applies.

Rights of the data subject

Any consent given to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time. There is a right to information, correction, blocking or deletion of the stored data. Requests can be made using the or the address given in the legal notice. In the case of legally required data, processing is restricted, not deleted. In the event of unlawful data processing, a complaint can be lodged with the supervisory authority.

Changes to the privacy policy

Changes to the website or technologies may require adjustments to this privacy policy. Regular reading is recommended.
